Halloween Pomegranate Punch Recipe

Servings: about 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 500 ml well-chilled sparkling water
  • 4 tbsp KOTSAM Pomegranate Tea
  • A little blue Curaçao syrup, for color
  • A handful of ice, preferably clear
  • Gummy worms for garnish

Method

  • Uniform purple version: mix sparkling water and pomegranate concentrate in a punch bowl.
  • Add blue Curaçao syrup drop by drop until the desired purple shade is reached, stirring gently.
  • Add ice, pour into glasses and garnish with gummy worms.
  • Gradient version: fill a glass with ice and add pomegranate concentrate mixed with sparkling water for a ruby-red base.
  • Slowly pour blue Curaçao syrup over the back of a spoon to create contrasting blue and red layers that gradually blend purple.
  • Drape a gummy worm over the rim and serve.
